Ojitos Lindos

At Ojitos Lindos, I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth booking process for all clients, please review my cancellation policy before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 15% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged a 15% fee. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in the 15% cancellation fee. If you arrive late but within the grace period, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full price will still apply. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total but will be forfeited if you cancel outside the allowed timeframe. Emergency Cancellations I understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss possible rescheduling options.
